I gave Ms B a bath , and clipped nails and groomed her today .. Took 3 hrs..... I like to take my time..... She looks pretty darn good for 77 yrs old and has diabetes. I feel proud that I have worked so hard to save her life and take good care of her , continue to find the best dog food I can for her condition, make sure her eating schedule is timely and shots are too....Today I see the fruits of my heart. Her fur has become thicker and she looks so much healthier... Which goes to prove once again to me , human and dogs or cats , we are in the health and longevity we are in from a lot of what we eat... If you give your dog cheap dog food like Purina dog chow from the grocery store or some corn filled crap from Walmart all of their life , they will not last.. Healthy dog food comes from Feed Stores .... They will get a disease most likely in time without proper nutrition... .. Good nutrition can help prevent .... Their fur will be dry and not good as they will not be getting the nutrition they require....I have had many many animals in my life and its taken time to learn these things just like its taken time for me to figure out how to care for myself of which I am still working on that too! .Somethings are genetic and you can not help it but dont give up, you can make it better for you or your pet....... I believe I was partially responsible for her getting diabetes 3 yrs ago as I fed her table scraps regularly way back in her early yrs and she become over weight.... but I will never know.... Its has been a lot of work and time but I believe every living thing is important and should be treated as such when you have a pet or to love yourself ...... and you are important and I believe should be very conscious what you are putting inside of yourself too so you will last .. :) Our bodys and their bodys can only go so long without the proper nutrition... The human body and even the pets body all need good nutrition.... I love this little gal Ms B.. She has been a huge effort but a treasure...
