I generally do not like to post negative things on Facebook. However I feel it worthy of explaining what a horrible customer service experience I have had with both #BESTBUY and #UPS. After 6 hours on the phone between both companies, 10 days after a so called third missed delivery where no notification was left. I still have not received either my laptop or my refund. Neither company would take responsibility. UPS still had my product in New Orleans once I realized they sent my computer back to best buy, however neither Best Buy or UPS could communicate the message of me to either go pick it up or receive it at my house. As big as both companies are neither would take owner ship of the mistake and refund me before I left own. After knowing how little both companies pay employees and uPS has a history of assume layoffs and other problems I can honestly say I will never recommend anyone use either place. I never like the idea of shopping at Best Buy to begin with and here is my valid reason not to do it. Two weeks and no one has returned an email, only sent me surveys which had the follow up of spamming my inbox. #Bestbuy and #UPS no one will win. :( Sorry for anyone I know who may work with either company, I had my limit with them both. #Terriblecustomerservice
