I got home today around 1:30 pm & decided that since it was such a beautiful day , I was going to lay out a while & put a little tan on my white-boy body . So , I dressed down to nothing but a pair of swimming trunks , pulled out a lawn recliner & set it in direct sunlight on a cloudless & beautiful 82 degree day , hooked up the radio nearby from the garage , got me a cold one , then reclined myself for the sun to take me as I am . My lovely wife , Esther & our son , Sammy (a chihuahua) sat in a shade close by and they were so pretty for me to look at & I remember thinking that life these days is very , very good . And thats when the first car horn began to blow . It was an old girlfriend that drives by our house every day . She stuck her head out of her window as she drove slowly by & yelled , I want some more of that! My wife paid no attention to her . It wasnt long before women of all ages & color were either blowing their horns & waving as they drove by or were stopping , getting out , & coming up to the fence to take pictures & ask for my autograph . Esther had been through this before & had them form a line , but the police still had to come out & perform crowd & traffic control ....... especially after several pairs of panties & bras flew over our fence & into the yard . At some point later , I decided that it was best to take my near-naked & Brad Pitt-like body inside so that life could maybe get back to something like normal for those who live in northeast Huntsville . But it was very nice to be able to get my tan going today .
