I had Mrs. Hall as a teacher 9 years ago when I was in 3rd grade. 9 years later she is still my favorite teacher of all time!!! Her sweet smile and bubbly personality always brightened my day!!! I identified my Favorite subjects as being reading and social studies for years to come because those are the classes that she had taught : Mrs. hall was always so kind and caring to all of her students!!! She would always read our lessons or the wayside school stories on her rocking chair while we all say around her. She had this pair of velvety shoes Im which a few of us loved to create designs on. One memory I have in particular is when she told us she was pregnant with Danny. She told us right after reading the wayside hill chapter when the teacher told her class she was pregnant, and she told us that like that teacher, she was also having a baby! We had a class baby shower for her, and on all of her gifts we put baby pictures of ourselves and she had to guess who was who. Anther fond memory of mine is how she attended my first skating solo performance at the Christmas show. As I got off the ice and went to sit withy family, she gave me a hug and told me how my performance brought tears to her eyes because she was so proud of me! That meant so much to me because how cool is it to have a favorite teacher support you in your favorite sport?Lastly, another favorite memory I have is the delivering important messages to Mrs. Andriole. Multiple times, Mrs.Hall would give me a very important note to take upstairs to her sister. I felt so cool because at the time, the upstairs of SLDM was where only the upper grades had classes. After Mrs Andriole read my note, she would always give me sweet compliments. Two years later, I had Mrs Andriole (another all time favorite teacher of mine) for a couple classes in the fifth grade. She then told me that those notes had actually told her to compliment me because Mrs. Hall discovered that when I was complimented I would twirl my curls and do a little curtesy thing:) I could go on for days talking about all of the diet coke runs and other fun errands and assignments that i remember! RIP Mrs. Hall, heaven has gained a beautiful angel💕 Thank you for touching my life in a way that will never be forgotten.
