I had a great time visiting the beautiful Coyote Valley this weekend for the Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority’s 2nd Annual Coyote Valley Family Harvest Feast. This was a great event as kids of all ages were able to explore this fascinating place, eat great food from local farms and restaurants, and learn more about efforts to protect this open space and farmland from urban development. Early next year, there will be a complete system of trails through the Coyote Valley Open Space Preserve that are open and free to the public and I urge everyone to check out this hidden gem.
