I had a horrific (like a Linda Blair in the Exorcist type) headache today. This happens to me occasionally and it sucks because it destroys my day. I got up and got ready to head to a meeting and although I got to the meeting location I could not stay. I felt terrible so I left and came right back home. I put my pajamas back on and crawled back in bed drifting in and out of sleep and dreaming of crazy things I cant even explain. I woke up and tried to eat some sunflower seeds and drink some water. Nothing else sounded appetizing and I was slightly nauseous. I laid back down, slept some more. I had a show tonight at the Amsterdam V to Shining V so I was trying to muster up the energy and lose the headache before heading to the show. Luckily I was playing later in the evening so I just took my time and felt pretty damn good by the time I got there. Thank goodness for sleep and adrenaline. I had a great time at the show and had em singing along. There was a great crowd! Thanks to everyone who came out and thanks to all the V To Shining V peeps for inviting me to be a part of such a great event.
