I had a pretty frustrating leg session today. Ive been out of my element for a few weeks and Im having a hard time getting back on schedule. So. Things I learned: Ive lost strength and endurance, forgetting the proper shoes for deadlifting SUCKS, and I need to go back to the chiropractor as my hip is very tilted (see that sway?) again and its effing up my lifts. Tomorrow is a new day. Moving right along. 260lbs on the bar in this video for 1 rep.(PR) My new buddy at work gets the video of 5 reps at 250. #givememymoney
