I had a similar walk-behind tractor. Mine was a Gravely L-8 with dual wheels. They will pull/push an amazing amount of equipment. They have buckboards, plows, roto-tillers, snow plows, wagons, snow blowers, you name it... They have a magneto and are relatively simple to maintain and repair. There is a parts supply/used dealer in Milford, NH who stocks Gravely items. Other than cleaning up the magneto and an oil change when I first got mine home, the only thing I had to replace was the starter chain. The machine threw the chain when I was smack in the middle of mowing 12 acres of field. I looked around the area high and low. Wouldnt you know I spent $13 to have the dealer build me a new starter chain and didnt I step on the old one the next day I was putting the new one on. Go figure?
