I had a wake up call a couple of weeks ago. There was a bad fire at my neighbors. The first fire truck responded and asked me to assist them with running the hose down the court to the fire extinguisher. So I helped. After my adrenalin stopped I was out of breath. I might be in shape but I could be in better shape. All of us could. Are loved ones depend on us. You never know when you will be called on. PS much respect to all FireFighters
