I had planned on spending 5 weeks in Bolivia and 5 weeks in Paraguay, but after being in La Paz, Bolivia for 3 weeks, I decided to stay in the city another 3 weeks, then shoot over to Santa Cruz, Bolivia for the last 4 weeks of my trip. Its a great city and country, so Ill spend a bit more time here and visit some of the other sights, like Lake Titicaca and the Uyuni Salt Flats. A couple more weeks of Spanish lessons certainly wont hurt, either.
