I had quite a surprise today, I was told My wife would need a ramp to get into our home before she could come home from the hospital so I dropped by home depot to get an idea of the cost and maybe a plan on what was going to be a little project being we really only needed to go about eight inches up to achieve what needed to be done. The folks at home depot took the information and said they would do it for me and would call when they had it done, this of course was one less thing I would have to do so I agreed and by the time I got home the phone was ringing and the folks at home depot said that they had it ready and it could be picked up tomorrow, when I asked about the price they said it was free and just something they did for those who needed the help. I think we should all help companies like this one who seem to have more than thier bottom line as the only interest on thier agenda. I personelly am very greatfull and amazed by thier actions, if you are ever in one of thier stores please take the time to thank them for this program for the handcap access and thier generousity.
