I had to take Loulou to the vet again. There is a new vet clinic a few blocks from my house. I called them at 8:15 pm. The vet happened to be there, but indicated that the clinic was closed at 6:00 pm. She asked me what the problem was. I told her Loulou was obstipated again. She told me to bring her in, and she would take a look. She had Loulou cleared in about 5 minutes. Then she asked me where I had taken her before. We figured out that this was the amazing vet that Loulou had once seen at her other clinic. I had wondered where she had gotten to, because I had only seen her once. Needless to say, she is now my cats new vet. She is amazing!! She was so kind and gentle with Loulou. She cleared her colon, gave her a pain shot, a physical exam, 2 types of medications, and a large bag of veterinary grade high fibre cat food, for less than 200 dollars. And this was all after hours, and she even apologized for not having her vet tech available. Had I gone to the Emergency clinic, it would have cost me hundreds more. Im so relieved.
