I had to write a bio this week and its not really my favourite thing to do ever, Im sure you can relate. Anyway, this is what I wrote and I enjoy it. Hadley Donaldson is a poster designing illustrator who has dabbled extensively in animation. He graduated from Wanganui School of Design with Honours in 2003, although he spent most of his time partying and not really applying himself or appreciating tertiary education at all. If he could do it over again he would, but odds on the result would be the same. Hadley has worked freelance and at various agencies including a few years at the mighty Resn. He eventually realised that working in advertising wasnt really for him, which is weird given thats pretty much exactly what posters are. Hadley is a bit of an egg like that. Hadley recently relocated from Wellington to Auckland, and if youd told him a year ago that was a possibility he wouldve been pretty adamant that no it wasnt and that Auckland sucks. Hadley doesnt think Auckland sucks any more. He is now self-employed and kinda hates his boss.
