I hardly post things on fb and comment ppl coz i dont like complicated things. But when someone is trying to jeopardize my biz or reputation, I wont let it be! An agent from Singapore , even she all this whole she never hit monthly quota for special agent price, and when I told her have to increase her price coz we need to post to her to sg and postage is not cheap and I told her the cost of products also increase d, and she dint hit quota have to follow customer price and after a big hoo haa from her, I agreed to give her low price regardless I almost dont have profit. And all this while we post stock to her on time never delayed and she did enjoy customer good feedbacks of the products , and she posted her before after photo and testimonials in a Sg forum, so when I used her photos, she came n urge me to delete it, cannot use her photo. ( Such selfish person) she took stocks from us and shared my photos but when I wan to use hers she asked me to delete, as in really ask me to right away! Fine deleted. I know what kind of person is she. And I have told her the Cbs she ordered for her customer has to wait awhile ard 10 days and she banked in last thurs and until today is not even 10days, she accused me n said its already 2weeks , wheres the stock! I really cannot tahan her and refunded her money so she can quiet. And I advice her nicely to convince her customer to wait for awhile as it might reach soon and its not even 10days yet. She started to complaint n start to blame me. So I told her all this while we give u very Low agent price even u dint hit target as her order very little, we posted stocks to her on time and let her enjoy customer good feedbacks and now the situation is have to wait Abit and she cant seems to understand and point her finger at me in the return. Its very ungrateful.Its ok coz I know very well her true colour so I told her to be ethical, even u no longer agent plz do not simply bad mouth our product for nothing just becoz u not happy!!And Im very shocked to her see reply!!! She was like haha u scared ah? My goodness , trying to threaten me in return! Geez! I have no idea whats on her mind. Its ok I always believe in karma. So guys if u ever heard someone trying to sabotage us, think first before jump into conclusion. There are black heart ppl out there. Start from now on, we will be extra careful to choose our agents. Lesson learnt!
