I hate talking politics because its obvious I dont agree with the masses. People are saying to raise minimum wage to 10.10 because no one can survive on 7.25. Well think of this. 1) forcing employers to pay minimum wage of 10.10 can lessen the amount of workers they can hire (which cuts jobs) 2) as we can see in history every time minimum wage goes up so does the cost of living, food, and resources the ratio is still the same and the middle class suffers 3) I know 10.10 is an increase but thats 114 a week extra before taxes! When calculating your benefits (wic, foodstamps etc) they will assume you can afford more which they will begin cutting back assistance How about we start feeding America healthier make healthy food more affordable, educate our children more so that they can earn more wages in a better paying job, reduce housing costs, utilize our budget better, put stricter guidelines in government assistance programs and promote small businesses instead of giving these huge companies these tax breaks.. There is nothing wrong with wanting more for the American ppl but we have to consider all things
