I hate to be the one to point this out but the cynicism of a Ghanaian sucks. So, there are people in this country who actually believes that government can actually contract $156 million dollar facility just to purchase sanitary pads for school girls? Is it that bad with regards to our gullibility? Has anyone taken the trouble to read the entire loan agreement between the government of Ghana and the International Development Association to finance the Ghana Secondary School Education Improvement Project? So, this is what adversarial writing and sloppy reporting pursued by self opinionated dogmatist can do, huh? How media practitioners will not interrogate the entire loan agreement but focus on just a component of it and try to do mischief is a matter of concern. For me, President Mahamas flagship campaign promise of 200 new community secondary school that this loan is suppose to take care of is my highlight, but others prefer to ignore the weightier matters and dwell on the trivialities. This is just a graphic picture of the criminality, vile and vicious propaganda and the immorality that we have introduced into our media practice. But then again, what do l know? God save the king!!!
