I have a beautiful 3/4 bed parlour used as a 4 bed. Last road of coldharbour se9. I walk to chislehurst in ten minutes. Upstairs bathroom plus a downstairs toilet. My house is immaculate, been here 7yrs, end of terrece so side gate access to garden, decorated to a high standard throughout. Spent thousands in here. Just had the front garden all done professionally. (Its redecorated top to bottom every yr) All oak floors, just spent £1000 having made to measure blinds throughout. And new double glazed front door. Privately fitted bathroom L shaped bath electric shower. All rooms and hallways have had new skirting/coving. All bedrooms are doubles theres no box room in this house. Lovely size kitchen. Beautiful size garden. Right to buy. No reason for move just seeing whats out there and if it would be worth giving up. I would like either a 4 bed on coldharbour and stay in this area. Or would give up a bedroom for a 3 bed on the progress estate eltham. Wouldnt consider a 3 bed anywhere else. No page or brook estate. Some other areas considered but no woolwich/thamesmead/plumstead. Photos on request. Thanks
