I have a feeling that my lawsuit will be settled soon.i am a over time lawsuit.they didnt pay ppl right.i know for myself that I would always be there staring early.but get this other ppl started this lawsuit,and wen the judge saw that ppl wasnt getting paid right,the ordered them to give names of others that worked full time,and over time that they didnt pay right,and my name was one of the one they said that they didnt give the right pay to.its been going for. Almost a year,and a half.had to give a deposition,and they r waiting on a few more,then they will get a settlement offer.i just have a feeling that they already settle,and just it takes awhile to context everyone.
