I have a question and Im hoping someone can answer it. I have been doing some research into gym memberships and Ive noticed that most are unaffordable to the middle to lower middle class and forget about those living in poverty (the people who, statistically, are more obese and actually NEED to go to the gym). I just find it astounding that gyms, at least in my area, are charging $50-$100/month for an individual membership. This includes both gyms and yoga studios. I would love to start doing yoga but certainly cant afford $15/$20 per class and doing it at home isnt really an option either.
