I have a question tonight, Has anyone ever had a Charlie horse/leg spasm all at the same time????? I had the double decker whammy of a Charlie Horse/Leg spasm last night that I ended up rolling off the bed onto the floor and gripping the carpet for DEAR LIFE!!!!! then I would get through it and think it was ok to move and I would move to get up then it would start all over again and I would be moving across the carpet for DEAR LIFE AGAIN!!!! By the time it was over I wasnt even close to the spot I was asleep at *hahaha* It was the worst pain EVER!! Then all day today I could feel the after effect of it and now it feels like its tightening up again...I REALLY REALLY hope it doesnt happen again I dont think I could handle another one of those again, I have had them both at the same time before but this was way more intense, It was pure madness!!
