I have a real hatred for the classroom, that people dont even understand. A few professors are good but most dont know their subjects pass what they regurgitate from our textbooks. If you cant answer a thoughtful question and if all you can do for your students is review a textbook, we are wasting our time as well as our money sitting in your classroom. I can sit down in the library and read a textbook, if you do not have any real insights into your subject matter you dont belong behind the podium. The worst part of sitting in these mind numbingly boring classes is that I am wasting my time doing absolutely nothing worthwhile or productive.
