I have a request for the school and the Chruch I am handicapped today at 4:10 pm there was someone in the one (1) handicap spot. I checked the car there was no disabled sign hanging from the window. I was waiting for my daughter. I was in process of calling the police. This woman came out all frantic I am so sorry I am so sorry personally I dont care if she is sorry. Please be aware I am programming the Southington police dept into my phone and I will call them and report anyone who is in any disabled spot who does not have the sign. To make things easier for the Church, I will stop caming to Chruch there. I cant help picking up my daughter. I will call the police if you take a disabled spot and report your license plate.
