I have a sad history to share with all brothers and sisters. Please take some time to read it. Thank you. :( Few months back, I had a partner name Louis tan weiquan and we open an amulet shop name Crystal Amulet at golden mile complex #03-38. He says he got no money, so I dig all my savings and invested almost 40k in shop renovation and my few thousands of amulet into the shop. We had disputes, he took my gold chain to pawn and keep cheating that he ask someone to bring the gold chain to Thailand to wash. I trusted him, so I didnt question him. After few weeks, my gold chain is still not back and I ask him about it but he throw temper at me. He scolded me like a dog and treated me as stupid as a pig. Whenever I asked him anything about the shop or the gold chain, he will call and scold and shout at me. I was frustrated and told him I dont want to continue with Crystal Amulet anymore. A week later, I visit the shop and guess what? He emptied the shop, all my amulets and buchas are all gone! I asked him where are all my things. He just say dont know and walk away. Now he took out all my amulets and buchas to open another shop name classic amulet at the same place. I already kept quiet at everything he do and now he still come to my friend list and add my customer. What Im doing is just to bid amulet at low price to cover my lost 40k. Like that also want me to die? He is a big liar and he will denied everything. Its all because I trusted him so I never record anything. Now he can say everything is my fault. I got nothing to say. I have been keeping quiet for the pass few months after all that happen, I have been baring this hurt and lost myself and now he still want to destroy me. I was actually very angry on that day and made a police report. The police asked me to go to the court to pursue the matter. But I as a Buddhist learn to let go and forgive. So I just tolerate and forget about it. Now Im real sad. He will not pick up my phone call for most of the time. Whenever I have urgent things to tell him and he didnt pick up, I will call his gf. He will then later call me and scold me that I call his gf. I got urgent thing about the shop and I cant call him or his gf?? Then what am I suppose to do?? And now he is angry because I tell his gf that he took my gold chain to pawn. If anyone would to asked him, he would denied EVERYTHING. Ive grown through all his lies that he told me. He even say the gold chain is in his grandfather safe box, can not give me. All the lies that Im sick and tired of. He even asked his uncle to call and scold me after he hide all my amulets. I dont know what story he told his uncle also. I took out 40k, few thousand amulets, teach him how to open a shop, manage everything, teach him about amulet. He only have to stay at the shop and open the shop. Whats wrong????!!! I dont go around cheating people like him. I bid amulet with my truthful heart. What Im saying is true, even in court, I will say the same thing and Im not afraid of making false statement because the above are all true. If any of my words above are fake, I will die miserably and I stake my family in too. I reserved the rights to go to court to sue him. If now he dare to call and scold me, I would record and not hesitate to go to the court. Old score and new score count together. Nobody dare to lie in court. Making false statement in court is serious offense.
