I have always been interested in agro-processing to take advantage of our abundant crops as a means of adding value to our raw material. In almost all cases the machines and equipment available are mostly for large production and so when I find machines or equipment that are small and efficient in improving the process from manual to semi automatic I always get excited. Cashew is a crop that uses the most raw of forms to roast..here is a small machine that looks like a good alternative to make the cashew business more efficient and open to a small home factory. Roasting equipment are many and my advise is to search under Appropriate Technology Roasting Equipment-- you may be able to find the plans to do one yourself..Who knows someone may do a little factory and employ a few of our brothers and sisters that have not jobs.. youtu.be/o8ec7R-re-Q
