I have an idea that I would like some feedback on. My farm here in the foothills of the Blueridge Mnts backs up to at least a hundred miles of trails. I also have access to several other nearby areas to ride such as Biltmore and DuPont and S. Mtn. Im thinking of converting my guest cabin in to a weekly/monthly rental and hosting 1/2 riders with their horses for the purpose of conditioning both horse and rider. My trails run the gambit from woods to roads to hills to river crossings, etc. Great conditioning and great opportunities for desensitizing. Bonuses would include yoga/hiking and organic gardens/fresh eggs for riders along with riding 6 days. Thoughts?
