I have been doing CrossFit since 2008 and Im injury free. Compare this to: 1. Downhill mountain bike riding = 3 broken clavicles 2 torn rotators and 1 broken hand. Not to mention all the twisted ankles torn tendons contusions and stitches. 2. 12 years of martial arts = Fractured ribs, broken fingers and clavicle, pulled groin (start laughing now) 2 concussions. 3. Softball = broken wrist and shoulders a mess from throwing. 4. Many other dumb stunts I will not mention. Lol CrossFit is so dangerous! !!
