I have been involved in a discussion with a vet from Texas. She publicly made several statements that concerned me and I would like your opinion. She said Science Diet is the best dog food and Wagon Train Jerky Treats are wonderful. Do vets really recommend this anymore? Hasnt there been enough solid scientific facts that if you feed better you get better??? We all know for a fact if we eat better we feel and function better why would it be any different for dogs? It seemed I was in a 1990s discussion with someone that hasnt been around for the last 20 years. She also said when her dogs are sick she feeds them a McDonalds hamburger. We have all been desperate to get a sick dog to eat. I would rather give them ice cream!
