I have been observing the Scottish Independence debate from afar and it is fascinating to learn the arguments on both sides, once one has sifted through the aggressive alarmists and single-minded numpties. I was very impressed with JK Rowling’s explanation for her support of the ‘Better Together Campaign’ as she raised issues that I would never have thought of. I also believe (as others may not) that she uses her “celebrity” position to great advantage and for the right reasons (raising awareness and educating). She is a very admirable human who sticks to her convictions, whether you agree with he views or not. I am still undecided on the whole Scottish Independence issue, but I enjoyed the clarity and wisdom of her argument. If only politicians could be as succinct. jkrowling/en_GB/#/news-events
