I have been on the hunt for ladies Kevlar jeans for 2 1/2 years and never found any until recently. I must have tried several brands and they have all been low rise, tight through hip, butt, & thighs, which makes them uncomfortable and too long. I am relatively average size 10-12 and had all but given up on finding jeans. I had even resorted to trying mens which didnt work because the armour pockets were almost at my ankles & would require so much hemming it destroys the jeans. I have had my eureka moment in the Kevlar Jean department. AVG Sport makes an excellent ladies jeans. They are a deep dark blue, well made & finished very well. The denim is heavy but comfortable. There is a little stretch to them which makes them really comfortable. They sit at the natural waist (yay no muffin top) and they dont look like old lady pants. They are pretty plain which is what I like. There is a knee pocket for armour. There isnt one for hip armour, but I think if you sewed it could be done. The length is perfect! I bought the regular length which is a titch long, but with my boots on they are fine. They apparently come in regular, long, and petite. I tested them out on Saturday and I LOVE THEM!!!! They were comfortable while riding and not constricting getting on or off the bike. They are a good weight. Best of all I wore them after I was done riding and they looked fabulous, my sister even commented on how nice my new jeans were & couldnt believe they were motorcycle jeans. They are a little generous in size, I started out with a 12 - too big, tried a 10 a still too big, ended up with a size 8. Very happy with these and am going go get a second pair.
