I have been putting this post off for so long. Hoping the situation would improve. But it isnt. Before I get told to contact the businesses with complaints... i already have and their care factor was zero. I live in Mooloolah, which as anyone in the area knows... it lacks restaurants/cafes and takeaway options. The few options we have here have ALL been less than acceptable quality food and a waste of money. Fish n chip shop, chinese takeaway store, local pizza shop and even the bakery have all left us completely disappointed by the quality. The fish and chip shop in particular i have complained to FOUR times. The response has been either rude or offering a credit. I never tell these companies this for free food. I just genuinely want the quality to improve. As a renter looking to become a home owner... i will not buy here because at the end of a hard days work when we dont want to cook and just want an easy takeaway option there is no way Mooloolahs food options will cut it. I would love to hear other Mooloolah residents genuine opinion. I would also like to say I really want to support local businesses so it frustrates me that i struggle to, driving is no issue but i am trying to Keep the Moolah in Mooloolah! - hence why complaints are always constructive feedback on the quality, never rude or obnoxious.
