I have been running on a regular basis for about a year and a half now, but last spring I hit a spell of injuries and a lack of energy to get 2.0 miles done. I started running in spurts and losing interest, because I felt so drained after my runs. I am a runaholic. If I could run 5+ miles everyday, I would gladly. Now, I am not only running regularly again, but I am also able to lift weights and even through in some PiYo (Pilates and Yoga) all in the same workout session. Before, I would have been past out and needed a nap. Now, I feel healthier, stronger, more energized, and I have more time to do all the things I try and keep up with. I tell you this not to throw you a sales pitch but to explain why I became a believer in Shakeology.
