I have been thinking a lot about the ingredients I use to make my granola and trying to provide the best quality as well as being mindful of other things like the environment...so Im wondering... What would you choose, locally grown nuts and seeds that are not certified organic (but in many cases, grown without the use of pesticides) or produce imported from overseas (China, Bolivia, USA) that is certified organic?
