I have been touring around the world for many years and it isnt often that I get butterflies before a gig.... This past week, my dear friend Jen Finn , Jordy and the Triple J music team, Teesh, Lisa aka Pulled Pork, and Kayley ( Lizards Lounge) all went above and beyond taking care of me....to ensure my first show here went perfect! What a turnout.... line ups all night...Sickophant played a great deep trap set.... we broke attendance records for this type of electronic music event here in the Yukon! I am very proud of this... I played deep house and bassline house with a TON of g house and samples from my fave classic 90s hip hop tunes.... they ate it up so much that security let me play an extra 30 min with the house lights on...If that isnt a party ....I dont know what is.... Thanks Jen... and thank you to the soulful people here in the beautiful Whitehorse.... you really are a special bunch! These are the gigs that you remember for the rest of your life... Why? Serendipity.... Happy Saturday.... I am off to Winnipeg tomorrow.... Rumor has it...I am playing some techno ;)
