I have been very open and transparent regarding our current situation. As a result many out of concern (which I appreciate) have given treatment suggestions. Therefore, I feel it’s necessary to share the following. I am the natural queen. I believe God uses natural remedies. For two years I worked with a doctor who healed cancer with natural remedies. Natural is always my first choice. However, our family has consulted with several physicians who treat cancer naturally and the answer is always the same. With this particular type of cancer, because it’s in the brain, SUPER aggressive, and in a child, natural remedies should be used in conjunction with chemo and radiation. We are in a place where God has not given us any other option than what we are doing. The beautiful thing is we trust God. If He doesn’t want us to go down this path He will make it abundantly clear just as He always has. Make no mistake, God heals people through natural remedies as well as conventional medicine. There are many cancer survivors today who underwent chemo and radiation with no side effects because there is a merciful God. Believe me, my heart aches because I don’t see any other solution. For my natural friends just know that we are on it. Lastly, we know about Dr. Burnzynski. We’ve been in contact with him but we don’t feel God is leading us down that path. Regardless, his treatment is not available for Brayden. FDA has shut that down. Just a friendly FYI.
