I have done much thought, and research into our current problems of who goes to jail and who goes free, in this nation. As a black man, who has been on the front lines of the justice system in this nation, I feel I can speak open and honest about this. If we go back into time 1850 law, the fugitive slave act, which demanded the return of run away slaves back into slavery. No we know that the south held slavery as a divine right. But in fact it was a source of cheep labor, and human crime, on and unholy concept. That based on your color you are place on a line of value, your life means more or less on what your race is. Too many young black men are sent to prison, for crime not committed, or over charged, as a result, tow things happen, black birth rate dropped,, second they lose the right to vote in many states. He then becomes less than, an animal, but property of the state. Now let us apply this law to current day life, if you will look at any state, the over whelming population is young black males. why you ask,, for many the fact that anyone not white could stand on equal ground, and not be white, is a sin, something that must be destroyed. let us look now at this president, a man of honor,, a man who has tried to benefit each of us,, he has failed , not because of his desire, but our failure to support him, by giving like minded people to work with. Instead he is force to work with those who enforce, the idea of the fugitive slave act. If we can not have laws that benefit all, we have no laws !!!!!
