I have gone to this extent to show that any country having a dominant racial or ethnic group can experience some relatively stable political environment if that majority is judiciously managed and applied. BUT, UNFORTUNATELY, NIGERIA DOESN’T HAVE ONE DOMINATING ETHNIC GROUP, THOUGH HAUSA-FULANI BLOCK IS TRYING TO MAKE UP AN ARTIFICIAL ONE (MAKE-BELIEVE) BY HYPNOTIZING PEOPLE LIKE MR. UNONGO. Treating Hausas and Fulanis as separate, Igbo form the largest ethnic block in Nigeria. In view of this statistics, I don’t have any problem with people like Mr. Unongo, but with my own igbo people who continually fail to assert their position and weight in the Nigerian never-ending backward-moving drama. Igbos have been sitting on the fence for too long (sit-down or I-dey- look syndrome). It is time for Igbos to tell Hausa/Fulanis that the time for their gimmick is over. Let Igbos put their political foot down. If the Hausa/Fulanis thwart the current attempt for regionalization, devolution of power, and a justifiable resource control going on in the name of national conference at bomb- riddled Abuja, let us give ourselves an Ohaneze Constitution. Let us stop waiting on the current house of cards, called Nigeria. There is no way Igbos can develop under the current dilapidation (patch- patch work), called Nigeria, despite all the human and natural resources we have. Nigeria is a big-for- nothing country. It is a life- wasting country. Apart from Zik, Nigeria has never produced any visionary and people’s leader as Him. Igbos can replicate manyZiks, but not under this calamity called Nigeria. Igbos WAKE UP AND TAKE YOUR POSITION. PUT YOUR POLITICAL FOOT DOWN. ENOUGH OF HAUSA/ FULANI GIMMICKS. AS A NIGERIAN, MY WHOLE LIFE HAS BEEN WASTED (AS OF MILLIONS OF OTHERS) BY THE WAY HAUSA/ FULANIS HAVE ALWAYS TRIED TO BLOCK ANYTHING THAT WILL MOVE THE COUNTRY FORWARD IN THE NAME OF THEIR SO-CALLED CLAIM IN AN ARTIFICIAL MAJORITY IN POPULATION AND LAND MASS. WE HAVE ALWAYS ALLOWED THEM TO GO TOO FAR IN THEIR GIMMICKS. THEIR GAME IS A COMPLETE RUBBISH. If the current national discourse going on in Abuja doesn’t yield any progressive outcome, Igbos should come up with Ohaneze Constitution as quickly as possible. After all, who did Hausa/Fulanis consult when they brought a country-killing divisive religious weapon called sharia into a secular country like Nigeria? Igbo youths should lead this battle, for I would not like their lives to be wasted as mine and millions of others are being wasted. If hausas/fulanis continue blocking the progress of Nigeria in their pursuit of an artificial,dominating majority in population and land mass they are always trying to create and which they don’t have, let’s go to our different tents. We should not allow them to get away with their fallacy and heresy any more. IT IS EITHER LIBERTY OR NOTHING. THE TIME IS NOW. ENOUGH OF THIS HAUSA/FULANI NONSENSE. ANYBODY WHO WANTS TO BECOME HAUSA/FULANI SLAVE IN PERPETUITY, LIKE MR. UNONGO, CAN FOLLOW THEM.
