I have just picked up on a major oversight, not only of my own but of every single person in Canada. Sometimes I have to wonder why academics think that they are so much smarter than the common man, especially since they have been so remiss when it comes to human rights violations, wouldn’t you think that they would be the ones catch these people? This is another one of those assertions of mine that that Canada is still a colony. If Canada is a Sovereign country and we really have a “representative” government then why is the government of Canada or its people never represented in a court of law? You typically have 3-4 parties in a criminal court (allegedly) the first being the plaintiff or the defendant, then the crown and finally the judge. If the judge is supposedly administering the laws of Canada then why is not the government of Canada represented? Or the people of Canada mentioned since they’re the ones that supposedly made the law? If it is the Crown that is representing the people and government of Canada then isn’t that clear enough proof that Canada is under the thumb of the London cabal? To add insult on to injury the judiciary which claims to be independent and all lawyers are members of the bar. So what! You say, if you do the tiniest bit of investigation you will find that the bar is under the command of the Lord High Chancellor and the Lord Chief Justice of Great Britain, Located in the heart of London City. The Lord Chancellor is a member of the Cabinet and, by law, is responsible for the efficient functioning and “independence” of the courts, the Lord High Chancellor was the head of the judiciary until the Reform act of 2005 where the Lord Chief Justice took the position. The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales is the head of the judiciary and President of the Courts of England and Wales. Historically, he was the second-highest judge of the Courts of England and Wales, after the Lord Chancellor, but became the top judge as a result of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005, which removed the judicial functions from the office of Lord Chancellor and altered the duties of the Lord Chief Justice and changed the relationship between the two offices. These offices are not only in effect in Britain but in all the world where you have a Bar Society, judges and lawyers. It is these offices that regulate and control the Bar, judges and lawyers for the Queen in the name of a hypothetical power structure called God. Canadians or their government have nothing to do with them and they do not represent the will of the people…they represent the will of gods or judges (who think they are gods). The independence of the judiciary that they refer to only means that they are not accountable to the people, yet another level of separation of your right to rule your own lives, these people have no authority from us therefore have no business here! The independence of the judiciary is code for we are your masters and we are not accountable to you, they brag about their independence but all it means is that they are your rulers and there is nothing that you can do about it. In my view human enslavement as it is could not be possible without the judiciary. It is the judiciary that really is the ruling class in modern society and they are ruling you using the most archaic ideologies like the rule of law. The rule of law is a religious notion that has its roots in the most ancient of civilizations and has continued to prevail all the way through to modern day. The rule of law is born of the notion that mankind is basically evil and incapable of ruling himself and therefore requires God or gods to govern them. This notion becomes all the more vile as you read the biblical story and discover that God really does not like humanity, so much so that he tried to kill them all off at least once. In their bible it is their God who enables and condones slavery, racial discrimination, murder and war, notions that are condemnable in the modern human psyche. Once a human being rises above these enslaving concepts he must reject them as having any place in an enlightened society. Despite all of the programming that has been foisted upon humanity they are still basically good. It is in the interest of a control cult like the judiciary that we believe that we are basically evil and require them to rule over us, this notion is completely apprehensible to the responsible mind. This is where the true understanding of sovereignty comes in. To be sovereign means to be able to govern yourself, a concept that is apprehensible to the control cult.
