I have just watched an interview with Ram Lakshman, twin brothers and fight masters, in ABN Andhra Jyothi. It is amazing to see how identical they are, not only physically but in their attitude and approach towards their life. Contrary to the general view about film industry and the people in it, the twin brothers have a very clear perception about the life and have strong spiritual orientation. While explaining their daily routines beginning with yoga and meditation from 3 am every day (whether or not there is shooting), one (ram or laxman, I don’t know) was telling in the interview “this physical body remains with us as a good friend serving our needs till the end and we need to spare atleast one hour a day towards its well being…so is the mind…whose combination with the body takes the life within to its logical end.” And they also find themselves wondering ‘is there anything more to life than just working, earning’ and ‘where r we heading’ etc. Amazing how intellectual they are in finding their spiritual path….They seem to have very well understood the essence of Brahmasri Chaganti Koteswara Rao’s and / or Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev’s speaches.
