I have known Tim Timothy Kennedy since his days at Team ROC when I would go visit Greg Thompson. He was one of the nicest badasses I have ever met. He was always training HARD! He would never hesitate to ask a question, and from the this video you can see he does what needs to be done for his team. A guy that takes the initiative to start teaching Jiu Jitsu without being asked, who would fly in on his own dime to help a team mate get ready for a fight. I see Tim Kennedy as an example of a true warrior, he has proven it when it really counted, and continues to exude the warrior spirit with his MMA training. Guys who want to be at the next level should take note...I have seen how hard he trains, and without a doubt...and Ive told...everyone of those 24+/- workouts he does per week are done with everything he has got. It is who he is, he doesnt know any other way....and if he does, he has put on the wayside so he can push on and literally Be All he Can Be Drive on Tim, thank you for your service and for your no nonsense work ethic!
