I have read hundreds of judicial opinions, and in every case where there is a pro se litigant,the judge bends over backwards, using pretzel logic to distort the law, to rule in favor of big business and attorneys. I also read the Legal Intelligencer, and every case that they publish is about nonsense, that has no effect on the protections of the public from crimes under color of law being committed by judges. Even after all the scandals- the Kids for Cash, two Supreme Court Justices fingered by their own who were jealous of their enrichment- all the outtings of their crimes - they still have not eliminated judicial immunity. Their claims that they need immunity to not be afraid to issue rulings is absolute bullshit.. Immunity protects nothing but their ability to commit crimes. People need to come out to the march in Harrisburg this Spring. If you dont- you have only yourselves to blame if this continues.
