I have so much on my mind, I have so much to say, but I dont even know where to begin. There is so much going on with me right now. Today I had a productive yet stressful day as my friend and I drove up to my cabin to clean the yard and I became overwhelmed with all the yard work that needed to be done and I was cussing when racking and bagging up as many leave as possible. As my friend and I were cleaning the yard my neighbor told me that I and your other next door neighbor John are glad you arent selling, when I recently had my cabin listed for sale and tried selling it but the other next door neighbor John went out of his way to prevent me of selling it when I had it listed for sale on the MLS when my former listing agent took a couple who were interested in my cabin to the cabin for a showing, and my next door neighbor John who was inside his house at the time my listing agent and the interested couple arrived came walking outside of his house as soon as my listing agent and the couple parked on the driveway and he turned his back yard radio on full blast and walked back inside his house leaving his radio playing on full blast with the intention of making the potential buyers feel very unwelcome. Lets say you wanted to list your house for sale and unload it and move on with your life somewhere else because you know that it is spiritually healthy for yourself, and when you list your house for sale and your listing agent shows your house to a couple of interested potential buyers your next door neighbor comes walking outside and intentionally turns his back yard radio on full blast to purposely spoil the moment that the potential buyers are having as they are interested in your house and so they are doing a walk through. Is having a neighbor like that a friendly neighbor? Is having a neighbor like that increasing your chances of selling? The answer is NO! Why do some neighbors choose to be so rude all for no reason? When my house was listed for sale it sat on the market for over 150 days, and I was wondering why I havent gotten any nibbles on my house during that 150 days it was listed for sale on the MLS. Its because of such a neighbor. Thats the truth! Im in contact with a nice realtor and we are shooting to sign a contract on June 10th which is two days from now to get my cabin back on the market for sale and sold, and I pray that my house sells SOON, because my soul longs for seclusion with no neighbors in pure nature surrounded with wild animals in the glorious presence of God, out of the city. Does anyone have any advice for me? This is my first time selling a house and dealing with such a situation that my next door neighbor has become. My next door neighbor has clearly and intentionally become an interference with me selling my cabin and moving on. In the three years of me owning my cabin I used it as a vacation getaway with my family, it is not like I lived up there full fun and had gotten in an argument with him or something. We never exchanged rude words with each other. With that said, I truly dont know what his problem is with me.
