I have some very exciting news to share… Many of you have heard me talk about a retreat I have attended several times called Rejuvenation Destination. Several years ago, I asked my friend, Allison Price how she stayed so calm (shes one of the busiest people I know)… she told me of this retreat and I quickly decided I must attend. At this retreat my friends & mentors Ann Mincey and Mary Wilson will guide you through exercises and activities that will empower you to improve you approach to managing lifes challenges (more info on flier). Over the past several years, several of my friends including Janie Pryor. Casie Stevenson, Alexis Stevenson, Aubrey Robertson Valle, Angelica Kanter &Bobby Jo Andreasen have attended DR (Destination Rejuvenation), they have each had unique experiences that have had impact on their lives for good. I always wish that I could bring all my friends & family to have this experience. It has been my dream to bring this program to Idaho.
