I have to post about a true testimony of someone who truly loves teaching children, and truly loves the children themselves. I have had the privilege to work with Abby Braswell Sineath during her student teaching semester. We have an awesome class and Abby really was such an awesome addition to my class I share with Ms. Martha ann Brooke Berlin. Abby had been with me from day one this school year and the children adore her! Well, it was made very clear today how much my sweet friend is loved in our room. Before recess today, I told the kids I had something to tell them. I said, today is the last day of mrs sineaths last day of her student teaching. She is going to come and visit but we wont see her everyday. Almost instantly a collective sadness came of the kids and several of the sweet, precious little girls began to sob. ( Like, from the biblical era of paid mourners who cried for families.) it was so sad but also so sweet. I said, guys whats wrong?? They said, but we love mrs sinus (sinus not Sineath). Abby, they adore you and we are all going to miss you!!
