I have to re-post what my friend Bob Sallese has said in support of me and others: Bob Sallese I am surprised to find out today that besides myself, it was only the women WHO HAD THE BALLS to stand for the righteousness for the bands that were the pioneers and from NYC early 1980,81,82,83.....I am not in a band and cant even be on the plaque but i could not reman silent knowing i devoted several years of my life and my own money to promote a thankless movement! Not a single guy from any of the bands dissed took the time or courage to call this loser on his bullshit plaque to boost his own ego. Isnt it enough his daddy took over and gutted the place to turn it into another Yuppie bar and bankrolled his fake rock star career? So how much ego boosting does he need? Who did he think he was fooling like he thinks with his fake hair and phoney rock star image where he really believes he is a rock star? Still yet, all the boys were there the other day kissing his ass even though he has no intention to help anybody but himself if he can. This plaque is living proof and I am proud of these girls, Kitty, Donna, Wendy Eager for really being the only ones with BALLS to make a real issue of this. I really dont know how a guy like that sleeps at night when it would have been so easy to do the right thing. I do not know who i respect less though, him or the guys too busy kissing his ass like my ex friend Jism of Ism who was the only of the NYC hardcore bands to get regular commercial airplay and make the progressive charts back then and to this day in most cases. And he performed the A7song that i wrote and conceived!. So for him to be left off that plaque with these brave girls who were the female pioneers, and for me to find out he was ass kissing this coward with the rest of the boys from the Class of 81 the other night instead of setting the record straight, I have to say to my childhood friend, What a pussy you are!!!!!! having less balls than these brave women here!
