I have to remind myself on a daily basis that Cade will not meet certain milestones as quickly as other infants his age. Hell be 9 months on the 16th, but his gestational age is roughly 6.5 months. His therapist insists hes on track for his gestational age, but its discouraging at times. Between being 11 weeks early and having hydrocephalus it has set him back significantly. However, hes such a miracle that I just look at him and I am reminded that hes doing amazing for what hes gone through. My little guy has been a fighter from the moment he was born, and he will continue to be no matter what is thrown at him.
