I have to sleep in the hotel lobby because the bathroom floor was full of water found when we returned from a nice, pre - graduation dinner. My 81-year-old dad is with me and he gets up throughout the night. He may forget and slip slide away. The hotel front clerk said I would have to clean it myself. What if it happend again? How will we get dressed at 7 a.m.? Towels did not contain the water and it still rises I was able to shower in another room but noted the toilet flapper valve didnt work and the seal is broken. The kid at the end desk cant help and there is no support staff for 500 rooms. He challenged me to find another room because the city is sold out. Ya think?it is graduation weekend and Mexican citizens are ravaging the outlet mall for tax free weekend. The guy at the front desk is the only English speaking person I encountered. I am patient, kind and intelligent. Also, I am exhausted. Maybe sleeping in my car is better. Good night. Praying for calm and peace.
