I have to try even though possibly no one will follow up to read and reflect on this essay by Richard Heinberg of the Post Carbon Institute. Its the best statement of humanitys existential crisis in this century that I have seen to date. As soon as enough of us are clued in perhaps we will be able to do something about it. Everything that I have studied in the last half decade is grounded fully in this understanding. Im finding that far more of the general populous is becoming inherently more clued in, while the elites that we listen to far too much are avoiding the understanding.
