I have truly lost all respect and trust for the VA Clinic in Bakersfield, CA!!!! Since when is it OK for a Mental Health doctor to give a patients personal information and personal cell phone number to another patient for resources and a referral for rental assistance. Not give the patient the companys name and office number, but that patients PERSONAL cell phone!!!! Truly amazing!!!! I take it the Veterans Affairs have no idea about the Privacy Act and I can tell you this that I am 100% without a doubt changing doctors
