I heard Pastor David Jeremiah ask in one of his teachings last week, when was the last time that we had the wonder of a child when we see things around us in nature? In our day-to-day activities of going to and from work or taking care of our families, we become desensitized to the wonders around us. Take more time to focus on whats truly important in this life - to bring glory to God by what we say, how we treat others, how we respond to situations. Give God the glory and praise He deserves for giving us life, for people He has put in our lives and for the blessings we have and never lose the wonder of Gods creation around us. I dont know about you, but I know I have failed to do this and Im so glad to be reminded that I should pause, reflect, take a deep breath, reach out my hand, grab Gods hand and start walking closer with Him.
