I heard rustling in the bushes out the front, so I looked out, - TopicsExpress

I heard rustling in the bushes out the front, so I looked out, expecting to find a cat, and saw my rabbit instead (who shouldnt be out there!) I rushed out, and tried to lure him in with strawberry leaves. It almost worked before my neighbours dog (bigger than me) decides to hurl himself against the fence, barking fiercely, which sent my rabbit into super-dash mode. I then went round, and tried to ambush bunny from behind so that he would run into the backyard. Unfortunately, this too only made things worse as he tried to get past me. In the end, I had to go get my father-in-law to help, who simply got a broom and steered bunny back to safety. Whatever the cowboy equivalent of wrangling bunnies is, my father-in-law is certainly one. Meanwhile, I have lost a good ten years off my life from not only finding him out there, but accidentally chasing him towards certain death on the road. I just gave him so many treats that he no longer wants treats. Please stay in the backyard bunny! (Said father-in-law accidentally locked him out there, by the way. He snuck out while the garage door was being pulled down. Goodness knows how long he was out there!)
